Initial Planning Consultation

Vision Curation Meeting

A creative, design-forward session focused on refining the look and feel of your wedding day.


Five In-Person or Virtual Planning Meetings

Intentional check-ins to address questions, refine logistics, and ensure steady, confident progress throughout planning.


Two Site Visits & Floor Plan Meetings

  • Initial venue visit to inform design direction and layout concepts
  • Final site visit (4 - 6 weeks prior) to confirm layouts, logistics, and weather contingency plans


Final Details Call

A brief call two weeks before the wedding to address last-minute questions—so wedding week can be spent on beauty appointments, relaxation, and soaking in the final days of engagement.


COMPLETE WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT

  • Full on-site coordination from start to finish (up to 14 hours)

ADDITIONAL FEES


Limited Setup Time

If your venue allows less than five (5) hours of access prior to the ceremony, additional coordination support may be needed to make sure everything is perfectly in place before guests arrive. Any added staffing will be based on the time allowed. [$75/person/hour]


Setup Support

Depending on your setup needs, we may require extra team members on-site. [$75/person/hour]

Additional Coverage Time

Need a little extra time? Any hours beyond standard coverage (14 Hours from Venue Entrance to Venue Exit) are billed at $100 per hour, per staff member.
