Day - Of Coordination
You’ve nailed the planning, booked the vendors, and now you're just looking for someone to help pull it all together and run the show on wedding day. Amazing—I’ve got you!
With this package, I’ll step in about 6 weeks before the big day to start chatting with your vendors, build a rock-solid timeline, and make sure everyone’s got what they need and knows where to be. On the day itself, I’ll be there to manage setup, keep things moving smoothly, and handle any little curveballs so you don’t have to lift a finger (except to raise a glass 🍾).
Along with a wedding day team consisting of 2 All Day Coordinators, and 2 Set up assistants; this package includes:
- Immediate access upon booking to your planning portal, with planning guides, trusted vendor lists, + decor collection link
- Initial Consult - in which we meet to discuss all previously planned details, and identify remaining action items.
- One Site Visit + Floor Plan Meeting - Where we will tour your venue together to finalize the floor plan and ensure the day can flow smoothly
- Timeline Creation
- Vendor Communication + Logistic Coordination - in which I will work out their arrival and set up needs and ensure they have what they need to succeed
- Night Before or Morning Of Rehearsal Management
- Complete Wedding Day Management from start to finish
- Decor Setup + Clean Up Assistance
- Full Access to client decor collection
- Intentional Wedding Party Emergency Kits for each ready room [2]
- Vendor + Guest Direction on Wedding Day
- Day-Of point person for vendors [or those small things as they arise]
ADDITIONAL FEES
Limited Setup Time
If your venue allows less than five (5) hours of access prior to the ceremony, additional coordination support may be needed to make sure everything is perfectly in place before guests arrive. Any added staffing will be based on the time allowed. [$75/person/hour]
Setup Support
Depending on your setup needs, we may require extra team members on-site. [$75/person/hour]
Additional Coverage Time
Need a little extra time? Any hours beyond standard coverage (13 Hours from Venue Entrance to Venue Exit) are billed at $100 per hour, per staff member.
