We will begin with a collaborative kickoff meeting to review what is already in place and identify remaining planning needs. From there, a customized planning roadmap will be created to guide us seamlessly through your wedding day.

During the design meeting, we will focus on the overall look and feel of your wedding. You will share your vision and inspiration, and we will review my décor collection together to select pieces you love. We will also determine any additional items that may need to be sourced to bring the design together. Whether you already have a clear vision or need design support, I am happy to assist with tablescapes, sweetheart table styling, altar and aisle décor, memory tables, and entryway displays.

Approximately 4 weeks prior to the wedding, we will meet on-site at your venue for a walkthrough and floor plan meeting. During this time, I will guide you through optimal layout and event flow, addressing details that are often overlooked—such as guest traffic patterns and bar placement. We will also determine where key moments of the day should take place and take any necessary measurements to ensure everything fits as planned.

This package also includes two additional planning support meetings, scheduled at any point throughout the process. These meetings provide dedicated time to brainstorm, problem-solve, and address questions as they arise during planning.

Additional inclusions:

  • Immediate access upon booking to your planning portal, with planning guides, trusted vendor lists, and an example timeline to help you visualize your day.

  • Full-day wedding day attendance to direct vendors, assist with setup and cleanup, manage the timeline, and ensure the day runs smoothly

This package includes everything from The Standard Package—plus a little extra muscle and a whole lot of love, making it perfect for larger-scale weddings!


In addition to your 2 coordinators that'll be on site during the wedding day, this allows us to have an additional team player around to handle a larger guest count, and the questions and last minute items that tend to come up with that.



Need extra hands for a room flip or to help with clean up? You’ll also have the option to add on two additional Seamless Team Members to handle furniture setup and pack-up or to help transition spaces if your venue doesn’t offer this service.

ADDITIONAL FEES


Limited Setup Time

If your venue allows less than five (5) hours of access prior to the ceremony, additional coordination support may be needed to make sure everything is perfectly in place before guests arrive. Any added staffing will be based on the time allowed. [$75/person/hour]


Setup Support

Depending on your setup needs, we may require extra team members on-site. [$75/person/hour]

Additional Coverage Time

Need a little extra time? Any hours beyond standard coverage (13 Hours from Venue Entrance to Venue Exit) are billed at $100 per hour, per staff member.
